Return & Refund Policy

The Daycare Dude

At The Daycare Dude, we strive to provide high-quality products that you'll love. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.

• Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

• Include all accessories, manuals, or promotional items originally included.

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Digital downloads

• Online courses or memberships

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final sale items

• Opened consumable products (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item(s)

• Photos of the packaging

We will work quickly to replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.

Buy Now, Pay Later (Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, etc.)

If you used Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, Shop Pay Installments, or another Buy Now, Pay Later provider, your financing agreement remains between you and your payment provider.

Approved refunds will be sent directly to your financing provider. Your provider will adjust your payment schedule according to its own policies and terms.

Please note:

• Financing fees or interest charges (if applicable) may not be refundable.

• Refund processing times may vary by payment provider.

• Any questions regarding installment payments should be directed to your financing provider.

Exchanges

We currently exchange items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The incorrect item was shipped.

• The item arrived damaged.

• The return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us before shipping your item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.

Shipping Policy

At The Daycare Dude, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Please note:

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
• During product launches, conferences, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship through trusted carriers such as:

• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
• DHL (when applicable)

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed, not when the order is placed.

Typical delivery estimates:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 Business Days
• Priority Shipping: 1–2 Business Days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

• Package weight
• Shipping destination
• Selected shipping method

Occasionally, The Daycare Dude may offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

• Your tracking number
• Carrier information
• Estimated delivery date

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

The Daycare Dude is not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses
• Incomplete addresses
• Orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly during checkout

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package appears delayed:

• Verify your tracking information.
• Contact the shipping carrier directly.
• If additional assistance is needed, contact our support team.

While we will gladly assist in locating your shipment, The Daycare Dude is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:

• Weather
• Natural disasters
• Carrier disruptions
• High shipping volumes
• Customs processing (for international orders)

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

• Order Number
• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We will work promptly to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select products.

Customers are responsible for:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Brokerage fees
• Any additional government-imposed charges

These fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping charges.

Buy Now, Pay Later Orders (Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, Shop Pay Installments)

Orders purchased using Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, Shop Pay Installments, or other Buy Now, Pay Later providersfollow the same processing and shipping timelines as all other orders.

Choosing an installment payment option does not affect shipping speed or processing time.

Please note:

• Financing approval is handled by your selected payment provider.
• Shipping begins after payment authorization has been successfully completed.
• Any questions regarding installment payments, payment schedules, or financing agreements should be directed to your payment provider.

Order Changes

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
