Orders purchased using Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, Shop Pay Installments, or other Buy Now, Pay Later providers follow the same processing and shipping timelines as all other orders.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Purchases made through Klarna, Affirm, Stripe, or other payment providers follow the same return policy; refunds are sent to your payment provider, which will adjust your payment schedule according to its terms. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Please note:
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During product launches, conferences, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship through trusted carriers such as:

- FedEx
- DHL (when applicable)
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed, not when the order is placed.
Typical delivery estimates:

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 Business Days
- Priority Shipping: 1–2 Business Days (where available)

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
Occasionally, The Daycare Dude may offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:
- Your tracking number
- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
The Daycare Dude is not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete addresses
- Orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly during checkout
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package appears delayed:
- Verify your tracking information.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- If additional assistance is needed, contact our support team.
While we will gladly assist in locating your shipment, The Daycare Dude is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:
- Weather
- Natural disasters
- Carrier disruptions
- High shipping volumes
- Customs processing (for international orders)
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing:

Please include:
- Order Number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
We will work promptly to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select products.
Customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Any additional government-imposed charges
These fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping charges.
